Raj Singh

CEO

A creative and dynamic leader and a serial entrepreneur, Raj has been finding innovative solutions to complex problems in the telecommunications industry for more than 25 years.

Raj started his career at Bell Labs and worked on the first commercial data modem introduced to the market, demonstrating a commitment to expanding access to data services long before broadband was a standard.

Raj initially joined Velankani Information Systems (VIS) in 1991 and became CEO in 2003. Under his leadership, Velankani became a full-service consulting firm providing engineering and management services to telecom and data communications firms. Under Raj’s leadership, the company grew 20-fold.

In 2003-2005, VIS was spun off into multiple entities, Velankani Communications Technologies, Inc., Velankani Real Estate, Viteos Fund Services, PhysMed Network, and Network Design Decisions, Inc.

Raj took the helm of Velankani Communications Technologies, Inc. in 2005. Technology developed by Velankani Communications Technologies can be found in the access network infrastructure of more than 375 service providers, globally.

Building from Velankani’s unparalleled depth of expertise in network technologies and recognizing the challenges of bringing complex, multi-vendor legacy systems into a digital and cloud future, Raj established VCTI.IO in 2019 to expand the software solutions portfolio for service providers directly as well as the infrastructure vendors with whom they work.

Raj is a graduate of Queens College, CUNY, and also has for-profit interests in solar energy. He is a volunteer for social causes with a local church.

With unwavering commitment to customer success, Troy has successfully delivered transformational solutions and crafted innovative win-win business models through the course of his career. Serving as VCTI’s Executive Vice President for Sales, Troy leverages his vast experience with transformational software solutions with VCTI’s sophisticated platforms and processes to accelerate broadband expansion and services automation.

Prior to joining VCTI, Troy served as President of Onis Software Technology Group. Before that, roles included Vice President Americas at Synchronoss Technologies, Executive Vice President Global Sales and Partners at Elanti Systems, Vice President of Sales Americas (OSS) at Oracle, and Vice President of Sales America at MetaSolv.

When Troy isn’t working to enable VCTI’s customers to grow their market share and EBITDA, he enjoys fishing, golf and spending time with his family.

Troy holds a B.E.S. from St. Cloud State University.

Mike Alexander

Mike joins VCTI after a long and distinguished career with Altice, most recently as their Senior Vice President – Construction, Outside Plant Maintenance, and Expansion Strategy. Mike brings a level of customer operational expertise that is invaluable as we accelerate the breadth and scalability of the solutions we deliver. From the service provider perspective, his in-depth knowledge and domain expertise are invaluable as we continue to evolve our offerings and partner with our customers to deliver growth and value to the industry.

Mario Camaj

With over 20 years of progressive, global experience in both large corporations and startups, Mario Camaj is an experienced Technology Executive who has delivered strong operational excellence, customer centricity and data driven results leading digital transformations at complex organizations.

Mario’s success in software development, finance, private wealth management, cloud adoption, infrastructure as a service and education have allowed him to build a reputation as a results oriented executive with a passion for innovation, technology utilization, and unparalleled focus on customer success.

Additionally, Mario teaches at his alma mater, Columbia University, in the Executive Technology Management Master’s Degree program. There he helps aspiring entrepreneurs learn how to bring 21st century innovations to market, and how to incorporate Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence into core corporate workstreams.

When not immersed in emerging technologies, Mario can be found coaching and playing soccer with his children.

Radhika Srikumar

Associate Director- Business Development

Passionate about delivering excellence for VCTI software services customers, Radhika manages strategy and the day to day interactions with the senior leaders of those organizations. Her extensive knowledge of network software development practices and creative thinking have helped assure that customer programs are structured and staffed from the very beginning to deliver the highest quality, on time and on budget.

Radhika has an MBA/PGDBA from Bangalore University and an MBA from the Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies - Pune.

Vikas Bhole

Executive Director – Broadband Investment Optimization

Expert in network topology, access network organization and RF propagation, Vikas has more than 21 years of experience in the Telecom software industry. As Director-Engineering, he is leading the Broadband Investment Optimization product and delivery teams, helping broadband service providers and engineering firms rapidly optimize their network build, evolution and expansion plans for FTTx, Fixed Wireless, 5G, LTE and Hybrid network deployments.

Relentless focus on customer priorities in a highly technical, demanding, and ever-changing environment has been Vikas’ signature throughout his career.

Vikas has also worked with many of the telecom equipment vendors manufacturing access network switches, OLTs, RF scanners and consumer grade devices like 3G, 4G hotspots/dongles, developing software solutions to manage their equipment.
